Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Monrovia, California

An opportunity is available for a Per Diem Inpatient Pharmacist to provide coverage at a small hospital with 49 beds. This position requires working shifts on Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The hospital utilizes the CPSI electronic medical record system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and check medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians during shifts.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current California pharmacist license is required.
• Recent hospital compliance experience within the last 12 months is preferred.
• Prior inpatient pharmacy experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CPSI EMR system is a plus.

Location:

• Position is located in Monrovia, California.

Schedule:

• Per Diem, covering weekend shifts only.
• Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on specified dates.
