• Position: Contract to hire/temp to hire
• Contract Length: 13 weeks, through the end of the year

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Pharmacist license in good standing
• Long-term care or mail-order pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong medication verification and dispensing skills
• Comfortable supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy setting

Responsibilities

• Perform final verification of medications for accuracy
• Oversee medication fulfillment and pharmacy workflow
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Guide and supervise pharmacy technicians
• Monitor medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare providers
