Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Rotation between 2nd shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Workweek typically begins on Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management and record-keeping
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act10 temporary license
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy, dosing, and pharmacology
