An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist to support a 100-bed facility in Weston, Wisconsin, for a travel assignment beginning as soon as possible. This position offers variable day and afternoon shifts with 8-hour durations, providing flexibility to fit your schedule preferences.

Ideal candidates will hold a Wisconsin Pharmacist license or demonstrate a willingness to obtain the Act10 temporary license, which the client accepts. Experience in a hospital setting is highly valued to ensure seamless integration into the facility’s workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital protocols
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell pharmacy systems for medication management
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Participate in medication therapy management and patient counseling as needed

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin, or willingness to acquire the Act10 temporary license
