IV Sterile Compounding Staff Pharmacist - Mount Juliet, TN

A professional opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist specializing in sterile compounding within a patient-centered compounding pharmacy environment. This role focuses on preparing customized medications and individualized therapy solutions, working closely with healthcare providers to support specialty treatments. Attention to detail and strong sterile compounding skills are essential for success.

Location:

• Mount Juliet, TN (near Nashville area)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense customized compounded medications accurately and safely
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design individualized medication therapies
• Maintain compliance with sterile compounding standards and regulatory requirements
• Utilize PK Software to manage prescriptions and documentation
• Support quality assurance initiatives to ensure patient safety and medication efficacy

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year sterile compounding experience required
• Prior experience in a compounding pharmacy setting preferred (1–2 years)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team

This is a full-time contract position, with potential to start part-time during training before transitioning to full-time. Start date to be determined within the next month.
