This opportunity seeks licensed pharmacists to support a growing mail order and renal specialty pharmacy focused on precision and patient care. The pharmacy fills approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily, offering an engaging environment for pharmacists to apply their expertise in a fast-paced yet supportive setting. Schedule & Hours:

• Two openings for the 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift
• One opening for the 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. shift
• 40 hours per week

Location: Near Nashville, TN

Contract Details:

• 13+ weeks with potential to convert to permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2)
• Conduct final verification including validating correct medication, packaging, dosing directions, and prescription details against hard copies
• Utilize Wellsky pharmacy order entry system in a non-automated setting
• Collaborate to maintain quality control and ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in a no on-call duty environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist licensure
• Experience with pharmacy verification duties and handling high-volume prescription processing
• Familiarity with Wellsky or comparable pharmacy systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
