Staff Pharmacist - Nashville, TN

A multi-licensed pharmacist is sought for a contract-to-hire role in a low-volume, specialized pharmacy serving patients with complex conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical care focused on infused drugs and therapies including factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and IV infusions.
• Educate patients and families on drug administration, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe handling practices in the home setting.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Assist with benefits and insurance navigation by working with reimbursement specialists to secure prior authorizations and identify financial assistance resources.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee (TN license required)
• Arkansas (AR) Pharmacist license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Experience with CareTend software highly preferred; willing to train if needed
• Openness and ability to obtain additional state licenses to support multi-state operations
• Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and commitment to professional growth

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
