A leading healthcare provider seeks a dedicated pharmacist to contribute clinical expertise and grow within an innovative company, with the potential to become a partial owner. This role requires a multi-licensed pharmacist with a strong work ethic, eager to manage specialized therapies and positively impact patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused medications.
  • Manage therapy-specific treatments including factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and IV infusions for chronic conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families on complex drug administration, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe handling practices at home.
  • Coordinate care by collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to ensure seamless treatment delivery.
  • Partner with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance plans, secure prior authorizations, and identify financial assistance resources for patients.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (TN license required).
  • Arkansas Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
  • Experience with CareTend software highly preferred; training available for candidates without prior experience.
  • Openness to obtaining additional state licenses to support multi-state practice.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and patient-centered communication skills.

Location & Schedule:

  • Location: Nashville, TN
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Volume: Low patient volume allowing for focused, quality care.
