This opportunity is for a Per Diem Pharmacist working weekends at a specialty pharmacy setting that combines retail and long-term care services. Schedule:

• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately in a retail setting
• Manage and oversee medication therapies for long-term care patients
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License
• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Immunization certification and CPR certification required
• Experience in both retail pharmacy and long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
