A Specialty Pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Pharmacist to support weekend operations with a blend of retail and long-term care responsibilities. This per diem role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to patient care in both community and extended care settings.

Location: Grand Rapids, MN
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Position Type: Per diem

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications for retail customers and long-term care facilities
• Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in immunization administration and health screenings, when applicable

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License
• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
• Immunization certification and current CPR certification required
• Prior experience in both retail pharmacy and long-term care settings advantageous
• Strong communication and organizational skills
