- Warroad, MN
- Wells, MN
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (for the specified dates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform long-term care and retail pharmacy duties
- Review prescriptions and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Counsel patients on medication use and potential side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
Desired Qualifications:
- PharmD degree preferred
- Immunization certification
- CPR certification
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple pharmacy tasks effectively
