An opportunity is available for a skilled Night Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy operations in Delaware. Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Every third weekend rotation required

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care through clinical interventions
• Verify and review medication orders for appropriateness and safety
• Maintain inventory control and proper storage of pharmaceuticals
• Educate patients and staff regarding medication regimens and safety

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent relevant clinical experience
• Current pharmacist licensure in Delaware, or eligibility to reciprocate a license in the state
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred and highly valued
• Strong clinical pharmacy skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
