Staff Pharmacist | New Castle, Delaware

Location: New Castle, Delaware

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Every third weekend rotation

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D or B.S. Pharm with relevant clinical experience
• Current Delaware pharmacist license or eligibility to reciprocate licensure
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience is preferred
• Strong clinical skills and dedication to patient care

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
• Participate in clinical pharmacy services, including patient consultations and medication management
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations
