Staff Pharmacist in New Castle, DE

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in Delaware, offering the chance to support automated dispensing cabinets operations and manage daily cartfill processes. This role requires a licensed pharmacist to maintain efficient medication fulfillment at hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations to ensure accurate medication delivery for automated dispensing cabinets.
• Initiate and manage daily cartfill activities to support clinical services.
• Utilize IT systems such as Cerner and Omnicell for medication management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain compliance and optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. in Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience.
• Current pharmacist license in the State of Delaware.
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices.
• Experience with automated dispensing and pharmacy IT systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Location:

• New Castle, Delaware.
