Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - New Haven, Indiana

A specialty pharmacy requires a licensed pharmacist to provide coverage for a one-week assignment with typical retail pharmacy duties. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive technician team and familiarize yourself with the New Leaf system. Training will be provided prior to the start date to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Location:

• Meridian Health Services pharmacy, Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Position based locally, but open to travel candidates willing to relocate temporarily

Schedule:

• Monday, March 30: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Tuesday, March 31: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Wednesday, April 1: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Thursday, April 2: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Friday, April 3: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard retail pharmacy functions, including dispensing medications and counseling patients
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and accurate pharmacy operations
• Utilize the New Leaf system for pharmacy management and documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana pharmacist license (in-hand)
• Experience with retail pharmacy settings preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
