A compounding pharmacy in the Tampa area is seeking two experienced pharmacists for temporary assignments with the potential for ongoing week-to-week engagement. Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Shift hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 4 to 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile compounded medications accurately and safely
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for prescription clarifications and patient safety
• Maintain meticulous records and inventory controls in compounding processes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Florida (FL license required)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in sterile compounding pharmacy practice
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of USP <797> and <800> standards preferred
