Staff Pharmacist - Newark, Delaware

Job Type: Contract
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule includes every third weekend rotation

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications in a hospital environment with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy
• Ensure compliance with hospital and state regulations
• Provide clinical pharmacy services to support patient care

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. degree preferred; candidates with a B.S. in Pharmacy and relevant clinical experience considered
• Licensed pharmacist in Delaware or eligible to reciprocate licensure
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
