Staff Pharmacist - Newark, Delaware

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available for a night shift role in Delaware, specifically located in Newark. This contract position offers the chance to apply your pharmacy expertise in a hospital setting while working evenings with a supportive schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications accurately during night shifts
• Conduct clinical evaluations and ensure optimal pharmacotherapy for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and adjust medication plans
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. in Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience
• Current pharmacist licensure in Delaware, or eligibility to reciprocate licensure
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM
• Every third weekend rotation
