Staff Pharmacist - Newark, New Jersey

Join a dynamic mail order pharmacy specializing in weight loss, hair loss, and skin care solutions. This role requires a licensed pharmacist with dual licenses in New Jersey and Illinois to support the dispensing of specialized products shipped primarily to Illinois.

Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Type: Contract, starting January 2, 2025

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify prescription and non-sterile compounded orders
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations in both NJ and IL
• Support dispensing of specialized health and wellness products including weight loss and dermatological treatments
• Maintain detailed records and oversee quality control processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid pharmacist licenses for both New Jersey and Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in non-sterile compounding
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with healthcare providers and customers
