Staff Pharmacist - Newark, New Jersey

A mail order pharmacy serving Illinois customers is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to begin work on January 2, 2025. This contract role is based in Newark, NJ, and requires a licensed pharmacist with dual licenses for both New Jersey and Illinois.

The pharmacy specializes primarily in dispensing medications related to weight loss, hair loss, and skin care, among other categories. Candidates must have at least one year of recent experience in non-sterile compounding.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 20 to 30 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist licenses for both New Jersey and Illinois
• Minimum one year of recent non-sterile compounding experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and protocols

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations
• Maintain quality control over dispensed products
