Staff Pharmacist | Newburgh, Indiana

An urgent opening is available for a full-time Pharmacist to cover a maternity leave starting in January at a newly established 340B pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. This opportunity begins as a 13-week contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The permanent position offers a part-time schedule of three days per week, working opposite the current pharmacist on leave.

This role requires an IN pharmacist license that is active and without any restrictions. Candidates with experience in 340B pharmacy operations are highly preferred, though recent graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for the pharmacy’s software system, PioneerRX.

Location: Newburgh, IN
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• No holidays or weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final medication reviews and accuracy checks
• Provide patient counseling as needed
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Dispense medications according to prescriptions and regulations
