Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Norristown, Pennsylvania

A part-time staff pharmacist opportunity is available for a 4-week assignment in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania, with the possibility of extension. This role primarily supports a specialty pharmacy environment and requires proficiency with Pioneer Rx software.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (1st shift)
• Alternative schedule option: Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately billing prescriptions on the day they arrive
• Performing prescription verification (PVI) for all billed medications
• Assisting with technician duties such as inventory management, patient calls for home delivery scheduling, and medication filling

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in retail or specialty pharmacy settings
• Required experience with Pioneer Rx software
• Specialty pharmacy experience preferred but not mandatory
