Staff Pharmacist - O Fallon, IL

This position offers an engaging opportunity for a licensed pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical services within a retail environment. The schedule is structured to support work-life balance while delivering quality patient care during prime pharmacy hours.

Schedule/Hours:

• 24-30 hours per week
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Emergency orders only, on-call from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (compensated at $8/hr during on-call hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill, check, and verify prescriptions
• Provide professional counseling and medication guidance to patients
• Manage typical retail pharmacy operations with attention to safety and compliance

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Illinois Pharmacy License (required)
• PharmD preferred
• Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy software is a significant plus
• Strong communication skills and commitment to exemplary patient service
