Staff Pharmacist - Oilmont, MT

A retail pharmacist opportunity is available for an 8-week assignment in Cut Bank, Montana, starting as soon as possible and running through the end of August, with the possibility of extension. This role requires working independently as the sole pharmacist in a pharmacy that handles approximately 100 prescriptions daily. The position offers first-shift hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing medications accurately and ensuring their safe delivery to patients
• Providing counseling and advice on medication regimens to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally in line with company policies
• Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate controlled substance records and inventories
• Resolving patient issues and clarifying third-party insurance coverage questions

Desired qualifications for this role:

• Active and clear Montana Pharmacist License
• At least 1 year of recent pharmacy practice experience
• Familiarity with PioneerRx pharmacy software is advantageous, although training will be provided
