Work Hours: Day Shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Compensation

Responsibilities

-Verify and process medication orders accurately and efficiently using Meditech
-Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments for targeted medications
-Supervise and support pharmacy technician staff throughout the shift
-Consult with physicians and nurses on medication therapy and patient care needs
-Ensure safe medication dispensing and regulatory compliance throughout daily operations
-Contribute to departmental quality improvement and medication safety initiatives

Experience

-Hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not required
-PGY1 pharmacy residency graduates strongly encouraged to apply
-New pharmacy graduates welcome — this client is committed to developing the right person
-Meditech experience a plus

Skills

-Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
-Effective communicator with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff

Qualifications

-Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License required
