Staff Pharmacist in Orlando, FL

A remote Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available for a 12-13 week contract with multiple start dates in April and May. This role is ideal for a licensed Florida pharmacist with experience in high-volume retail settings who can efficiently manage prescription processing and provide patient counseling remotely.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12 to 13 weeks
• Start Dates: April 13, April 27, May 11, May 25

Schedule:

• Shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with potential for later hours to meet business needs

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescription data and process up to 70 scripts per hour accurately
• Provide patient counseling focusing on adverse event monitoring and support
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all pharmacy regulations during remote operations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license
• Proven experience working in high-volume retail pharmacy environments
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail while working at a fast pace
• Strong communication skills to effectively counsel patients remotely

Technical Requirements:

• High-speed internet connection of 500 Mbps or greater
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote pharmacy practice
