Staff Pharmacist in Palmdale, CA

This opportunity is for skilled outpatient pharmacists to support a major Los Angeles County health system. Location: Palmdale, CA
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient pharmacy services ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient care in ambulatory settings
• Maintain compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in pharmacy competency evaluations and continue professional development

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist license relevant to California
• Approximately 2 years of current inpatient or outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) residency candidates highly preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a competency exam and background checks as part of credentialing
• Commitment to long-term contract engagement, with interest in eventual County permanent placement
