Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist | Paterson, New Jersey

A community pharmacist opportunity is available within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a diverse patient base under a 340B drug pricing program. This per diem role requires commitment to a consistent weekday each week and every other Saturday, supporting pharmacy hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper usage.
• Maintain compliance with 340B program requirements and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Utilize pharmacy systems such as MicroMerchant and PrimeRx (training available if needed).
• Serve a diverse community, with an emphasis on Spanish-speaking patients.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Pharmacist license.
• Experience in community or retail pharmacy settings.
• Familiarity with FQHC and 340B programs is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable given patient demographics.
• Experience with MicroMerchant or PrimeRx systems is advantageous.

• Must be available for one consistent weekday shift per week.
