Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Pearland, Texas

A healthcare facility in Pearland, TX is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support their Long Term Care operations.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Manage medication inventory and storage
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and potential drug interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide patient counseling as needed
• Perform additional pharmacy-related duties specific to Long Term Care settings

Qualifications:

• Current Texas pharmacist license required
• Recent experience as a pharmacist strongly preferred
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations

Schedule:

• Per diem shifts
