A rapidly growing pharmacy client in the Philadelphia area is seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians for multiple contract-to-hire opportunities. This highly urgent opening requires reliable and detail-oriented candidates who can support various dispensing and filling processes in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferred to help meet the client's critical staffing needs.

Locations & Schedule:

• Positions located near Philadelphia, PA
• Shifts vary with multiple openings: • Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (EKit preparation and prepack) • Mid-day: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (filling) • Evening: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. (filling)
• Start dates as early as February 23, with additional shifts beginning March 9
• Contract duration: 13 weeks with potential to transition to permanent roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists by accurately preparing prescription kits (EKits) and prepack orders
• Support medication filling operations ensuring timely and precise dispensing
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy procedures to promote safe and effective patient care

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six months of pharmacy technician experience required
• Pennsylvania does not regulate pharmacy technicians; PTCB certification preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting
