Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

An immediate opening exists for two Per Diem Pharmacists to support multiple pharmacy sites in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with at least two years of recent high-volume experience who values teamwork and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include prescription intake and processing, dispensing medications, verification and checking, inventory management, and addressing patient inquiries. Strong pharmacy intuition and the ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows are essential. Pharmacists will be supported by experienced technician teams and work with software systems such as Pioneer Rx and Rx30.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• Minimum two years of recent experience in high-volume pharmacy settings
• Proficiency with pharmacy software, including Pioneer Rx and Rx30 preferred
• Experience handling automation and dispensing robots is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and nimble within dynamic workflows

Location:

• Philadelphia, PA, supporting multiple pharmacy locations including Capsule, RiteChoice Rx (3 sites), AbsoluteCare, and Cardinal Health (2 sites)

Schedule:

• Per Diem
• Immediate need for coverage on select days, including upcoming shifts such as Monday 2/16, 9 AM to 5 PM
