An urgent need exists for two Per Diem Pharmacists to support multiple pharmacy sites in the Philadelphia area. This opportunity is ideal for experienced pharmacists looking to supplement their current work with flexible, high-volume shifts. The role involves contributing to a dynamic pharmacist team across several client locations, including capsule, retail, specialty, and health system pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify prescription orders efficiently and accurately
• Dispense medications while ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Manage inventory and assist with patient inquiries
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and other staff to maintain seamless workflow

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current PharmD with an active Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software such as Pioneer Rx and Rx30
• Familiarity with automation systems or dispensing robots is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing workflow demands
• Tech-savvy with excellent pharmacy intuition

Shift Details:

• Per diem schedule with initial coverage needed on Mondays from 9 AM to 5 PM
• Ideal candidates are currently employed part-time elsewhere and seeking additional hours
