A community clinical compounding pharmacy specializing in customized medications is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to support their team on select dates this spring and summer. This role involves working in a 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding setting, collaborating closely with healthcare providers to develop personalized medication therapies and provide clinical consultation to patients requiring complex treatments.

Scheduled PRN Dates & Hours:

• April 13th, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• May 26th, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• May 28th, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• June 1st, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense compounded sterile and non-sterile medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to tailor therapies based on individual patient needs
• Provide clinical consulting and patient support for complex or specialized medication regimens
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality control throughout compounding processes

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Pharmacist License
• Experience in compounding pharmacy, either sterile or non-sterile preparations
