This opportunity involves being part of a small, skilled group of 2-3 pharmacists ready to cover various shifts, including call-outs, vacations, and volume fluctuations. Pharmacy Operations Hours:

• Monday through Saturday, typically 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Some locations may operate until 8:00 PM

Shift Details:

• Flexible per diem schedule with no guaranteed hours
• Ideal candidates are available for 2-4 days per week to provide reliable coverage when needed

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations with an average prescription volume ranging from 100 to 125 per day
• Work effectively in both pharmacist-supported and pharmacist-only settings
• Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions to become proficient with QS1 pharmacy software and site-specific workflows
• Administer immunizations in compliance with professional requirements
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
• Immunization certification and current Basic Life Support (BLS) card preferred
• Ability to adapt to varying pharmacy settings, including those with strong technician support and pharmacist-only sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Training:

• One dedicated 8-hour training shift provided upfront, with additional training opportunities as needed
