Interim Director of Pharmacy

Soliant is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy (PIC) for a hospital-based leadership opportunity in Marshall, Michigan. This is an excellent role for a pharmacist with strong inpatient leadership experience who is ready to lead operations, mentor staff, and help strengthen a growing pharmacy team.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
Weekend and on-call coverage as needed

Responsibilities:

Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacists and technicians
Provide leadership, accountability, and staff development
Oversee inpatient pharmacy services and sterile compounding operations
Ensure compliance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards
Participate in staffing, meetings, budgeting, and operational planning
Support recruitment efforts and help stabilize pharmacy operations

Requirements:

Active Michigan Pharmacist license required
Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
Pharmacy leadership or Director of Pharmacy experience required
Knowledge of sterile compounding, USP <797>, and USP <800> required
Cerner experience required
Ability to oversee operations, manage staff, and work in a fast-paced hospital environment
