Pharmacist in Post Falls, ID

A Retail Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available in Rathdrum, ID, on a contract-to-hire basis for a 13-week assignment. This role offers a supportive team environment and an emphasis on outstanding customer service.

Location:

• Rathdrum, ID

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (If scheduled on Saturday, Thursday or Friday off is provided)
• Full-time hours until February 24th, then 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling to promote medication adherence and safety
• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians
• Foster a customer-focused environment as an active team player

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience, preferably retail setting
• Ability to use Pioneer pharmacy system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must submit updated resume, skills checklist, and references

Team Environment:

• Work alongside 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Handle volume of approximately 300–400 prescriptions daily
