Staff Pharmacist | Post Falls, Idaho

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced staff pharmacist ready to contribute to a busy retail pharmacy environment. Located in Rathdrum, ID, this role offers a dynamic first-shift schedule with a team-oriented atmosphere and a commitment to excellent patient care.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturday worked grants a Thursday or Friday off)
• Full-time until February 24th, transitioning to 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verifying prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Providing thorough patient counseling to ensure medication understanding
• Supervising pharmacy technicians within a supportive team setting
• Delivering exceptional customer service aligned with client values
• Collaborating closely with a team consisting of three technicians, two pharmacists, and one cashier
• Utilizing the Pioneer pharmacy system to manage a volume of 300 to 400 prescriptions daily

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and clear pharmacist license for Idaho
• Previous pharmacy experience, preferably in retail settings
• Up-to-date resume, skills checklist, and professional references prepared
