Staff Pharmacist in Post Falls, ID

This opportunity is for a part-time retail pharmacist position on a 13-week contract-to-hire basis in Rathdrum, ID. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If working Saturday, the pharmacist is given either Thursday or Friday off. This role supports a busy pharmacy with a prescription volume of 300 to 400 per day using the Pioneer system. The pharmacy team consists of three technicians, two pharmacists, and one cashier, emphasizing a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescription accuracy and appropriateness
• Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in Idaho
• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
