Staff Pharmacist - Post Falls, ID

Join a well-established retail pharmacy team as a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist in Rathdrum, ID. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a chance to work a day shift in a collaborative environment focused on providing excellent customer service and seamless patient care.

Location: Rathdrum, ID
Job Type: Contract to Hire (13-week term)
Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (if working Saturday, you get Thursday or Friday off)

Team Structure:

• 3 Technicians
• 2 Pharmacists
• 1 Cashier

System: Pioneer
Prescription Volume: 300 – 400 scripts per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions
• Provide patient counseling and medication guidance
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow
• Emphasize strong customer service and effective teamwork

Qualifications:

• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Clear and active Idaho pharmacist license
• Updated resume, skills checklist, and references
