Per Diem Pharmacist - Pounding Mill, VA

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist position working in a retail and compounding environment, with a focus on order entry using Pioneer RX. The role is per diem and requires availability on Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct retail prescription checks with limited patient counseling
• Review and verify non-sterile compounding formulas, including mathematical calculations
• Manage and check the retail prescription line to ensure accuracy and safety

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Virginia pharmacy license
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with non-sterile compounding procedures is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with Pioneer RX order entry system preferred
