Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately within retail and long-term care frameworks
- Conduct patient counseling and provide immunizations as needed
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations while maintaining high standards of care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy management
Desired Qualifications:
- PharmD degree or equivalent clinical certification preferred
- Immunization Certification required
- CPR Certification preferred
- Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
