Inpatient Hospital Staff Pharmacist - Quincy, MA

A hospital in Boston, MA is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations for an upcoming assignment. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and review medications for hospital inpatients in compliance with established protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes
• Monitor patient response and provide drug information as needed
• Maintain accurate records of medication usage and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Pharmacist License required
• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system is ideal
