Pharmacist - Rathdrum, ID

A retail pharmacy opportunity awaits in Rathdrum, ID, offering a dynamic environment focused on customer service and teamwork. This role is a contract-to-hire position with a 13-week initial term, transitioning to a part-time schedule after February 24th.

Work Schedule:

• First shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (When working Saturday, the candidate receives a weekday off)

The pharmacy team includes three technicians, two pharmacists, and one cashier, handling a prescription volume of 300–400 per day using the Pioneer system. The pharmacist’s responsibilities encompass verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, and supervising technicians, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Active, clear Idaho pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
