Staff Pharmacist | Rathdrum, Idaho

A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist in Rathdrum, ID, offering a 13-week contract to hire assignment. Initially full-time through February 24th, the schedule will then transition to 30 hours per week. This role involves working the first shift, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If working on a Saturday, the candidate may take either Thursday or Friday off.

The pharmacy team consists of three technicians, two pharmacists, and one cashier, operating on the Pioneer system with a daily prescription volume ranging from 300 to 400. The ideal candidate will play a key role in verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, and supervising technicians, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license
• Solid pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Ability to provide excellent patient counseling and medication verification
• Updated resume, completed skills checklist, and professional references
