Staff Pharmacist | Rathdrum, Idaho

Seeking a dedicated Part-Time Staff Pharmacist for a retail pharmacy setting in Rathdrum, ID. This role offers a 13-week contract to hire opportunity with a focus on excellent patient care and teamwork.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (If working Saturday, Thursday or Friday off)

Work Environment:

• Pharmacy volume: 300 – 400 prescriptions daily
• Team includes 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Utilizes Pioneer pharmacy system

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients on medication use and safety
• Oversee and supervise pharmacy technicians
• Maintain a high standard of customer service with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork

Required Qualifications:

• Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Updated resume, skills checklist, and professional references
