Staff Pharmacist | Rathdrum, Idaho

A retail pharmacy opportunity is available in Rathdrum, ID for a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist on a contract-to-hire basis, with a 13-week term. This role offers the chance to contribute to a well-established pharmacy team operating with the Pioneer system and managing a daily volume of 300 to 400 prescriptions.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturday work offers a day off on Thursday or Friday)

Team Environment:

• Collaborate with 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Emphasis on excellent customer service and teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling to ensure safe medication use
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to all interactions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in Idaho
• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Up-to-date resume, skills checklist, and professional references
