Part-Time Retail Staff Pharmacist – Rathdrum, ID
Contract to Hire | 13-Week Assignment

A part-time opportunity is available for a skilled Staff Pharmacist to support a busy retail pharmacy in Rathdrum, Idaho. This role offers a blend of clinical responsibilities and operational leadership, centered on delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative team environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturday shifts allow for a day off Thursday or Friday)

Team & Workflow:

• Collaborate with 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Manage a prescription volume averaging 300-400 scripts per day
• Utilize the Pioneer pharmacy system to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions with precision and attention to detail
• Provide thorough patient counseling and medication guidance
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Uphold outstanding customer service standards and foster a team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license
• Updated resume, skills checklist, and professional references
