Staff Pharmacist | Rathdrum, Idaho

A part-time position is available for a Staff Pharmacist in a busy retail pharmacy located in Rathdrum, ID. This opportunity offers a 13-week contract to hire arrangement, making it ideal for experienced pharmacists seeking a flexible schedule with potential for full-time employment.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (If scheduled on Saturday, a Thursday or Friday off is provided)

Team Environment:

• Collaborate with 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Pharmacy system: Pioneer
• Daily prescription volume: 300 – 400

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling to ensure understanding of medications
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Uphold a strong focus on customer service and teamwork within the pharmacy

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, clear Idaho pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Up-to-date resume, skills checklist, and references ready for review
