Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist in Beaverton, OR

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist role in a retail and long-term care setting in the Portland, OR area, offering per diem work. This position entails dispensing prescribed medications, ensuring accurate and safe distribution while delivering excellent customer service and medication guidance to patients.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours each day)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners
• Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding medication usage
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing questions and concerns effectively

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Oregon pharmacist license required
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care
