Retail Staff Pharmacist - Bellevue, NE

This position offers an opportunity to serve as a Retail Pharmacist within a grocery store pharmacy setting in Omaha, Nebraska. The role is part-time and contract-based, providing ongoing assignments with a two-week rotating schedule designed to accommodate both the pharmacy’s operational needs and individual availability.

Schedule: • Week 1: Sunday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (24 hours total) • Week 2: Tuesday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (17 hours total) • Schedule flexibility possible upon discussion with the Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety • Provide patient counseling and address medication-related questions • Oversee pharmacy workflow and support pharmacy technicians • Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations • Deliver excellent customer service within a retail pharmacy environment

Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active Nebraska Pharmacist license in good standing is mandatory • Recent experience in retail pharmacy preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team • Flexibility to adapt schedule as needed • Familiarity with McKesson Enterprise system preferred but not required
