Retail Staff Pharmacist - Binghamton, NY

Seeking two skilled retail pharmacists to support a busy community pharmacy in Upstate New York. This contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and offers a 13-week assignment with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide professional counseling to patients regarding medication usage and side effects
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and quality control
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure proper inventory management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active New York State pharmacist license required
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary
