Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Blue Earth, Minnesota

Seeking Per Diem Pharmacists to support multiple retail pharmacy locations for coverage on May 14th and 15th. This opportunity is ideal for licensed pharmacists with retail and long-term care experience who can provide high-quality pharmacy services across several sites.

Locations:

• Walker, MN
• Sandstone, MN
• Warroad, MN
• Wells, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM on May 14th and 15th

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dispensing and verification of prescriptions in a retail setting
• Perform long-term care pharmacy duties, ensuring patient medication safety and compliance
• Provide immunization services to patients
• Support medication therapy management and counsel patients on proper medication use
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with pharmacy laws and regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active state licensure
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification preferred
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced retail pharmacy environments
