Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Bruce, Wisconsin

This opportunity is for a full-time Staff Pharmacist position based in a retail pharmacy setting in Ladysmith, WI, with potential responsibilities across multiple locations within the Prohaska Pharmacy Group. This group operates nine retail pharmacies throughout Wisconsin, including sites in Ladysmith, Cornell, and other surrounding communities.

The current pharmacist in Ladysmith plans to retire soon, and the pharmacy is actively seeking a dedicated full-time replacement. Additionally, the Cornell location is staffed primarily by PRN pharmacists following a recent retirement. The ideal candidate will be flexible and open to coverage across various sites if needed, given the geographic spread of the pharmacies.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize drug therapies
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Provide excellent customer service in a retail pharmacy environment
• Support operational needs across multiple pharmacy locations as required

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin (required)
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

• Ability to travel between pharmacy sites may be necessary

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend shifts
