An opportunity is available for a skilled Infusion Pharmacist to join a pharmacy team in Greensboro, NC on a contract basis, with the possibility of permanent employment. Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for infusion therapies ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Oversee preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications, adhering to high quality standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with USP <797> and <800> guidelines to guarantee sterile compounding protocols.
• Provide clinical support and drug information to healthcare staff and patients, fostering informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy team members to maintain efficient workflow and promote safety.
• Keep thorough and accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing.
