An immediate opening is available for a skilled Infusion Pharmacist to support a dynamic pharmacy operation in Greensboro, NC. This contract assignment offers the potential for long-term placement or permanent hire for the right candidate. While the focus is on infusion pharmacy expertise, retail pharmacists will be considered on a contract basis during the search for an infusion specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders specific to infusion therapies
• Oversee sterile compounded medication preparation and dispensing
• Ensure strict compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards for sterile compounding
• Provide clinical support and accurate drug information to both staff and patients
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members to maintain efficient workflow and patient safety
• Maintain precise documentation and adhere to all regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
• Recent hands-on experience in infusion or home infusion pharmacy is required
• Strong knowledge and experience with sterile compounding techniques
• Familiarity with USP <797> and <800> guidelines is essential

Schedule/Hours:
