This opportunity is seeking a dedicated Retail Pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care in a dynamic retail setting. This contract role spans 13 weeks, beginning as soon as possible, offering a chance to apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment with varied shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations.
Location:
- Cambridge, OH
Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Varied shifts with weekend/holiday rotation
Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients
- Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Administer vaccinations as certified
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of current retail pharmacy experience (required)
- Vaccination certification at the time of submission (required)
- Familiarity with RX30 pharmacy system is a plus
