Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with state laws and pharmacy protocols
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medications and proper use
- Monitor patient medication therapy for efficacy and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication regimens
- Maintain accurate records, including vaccination documentation
- Participate in inventory management and ensure compliance with pharmacy policies
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of current retail pharmacy experience
- Vaccination certification required at the time of application
- Experience with RX30 pharmacy system is preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
