Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist in Cass Lake, MN

This opportunity is for Per Diem Pharmacists to support four locations on May 14th and May 15th. The role involves working in a specialty pharmacy setting performing long-term care and retail pharmacist duties. Flexible availability on these dates is essential.

Locations and Dates:

• Walker, MN – May 14 & 15
• Sandstone, MN – May 14 & 15
• Warroad, MN – May 14 & 15
• Wells, MN – May 14 & 15

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management
• Handle long-term care pharmacy operations alongside retail duties
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• Experience in both long-term care and retail pharmacy settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
