Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Cass Lake, Minnesota

Support multiple pharmacy locations as a Per Diem Pharmacist, providing essential services across retail and long-term care settings. This opportunity serves four different sites, requiring availability on May 14th and May 15th, with established weekday hours.

Locations and Dates:

• Walker, MN – May 14th & May 15th
• Sandstone, MN – May 14th & May 15th
• Warroad, MN – May 14th & May 15th
• Wells, MN – May 14th & May 15th

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services including dispensing medications and counseling patients
• Support long-term care and retail pharmacy operations
• Ensure accurate and safe medication distribution
• Perform immunizations and other clinical services as certified

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification required
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmaceutical practices and long-term care pharmacy
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
