• Job Type: Per Diem, ideal for pharmacists seeking flexible part-time work (2-4 days per week)
• Pharmacy Hours: Monday through Saturday, typically 10 AM to 7 PM; some shifts may extend to 8 PM
• Average Prescription Volume: 100 - 125 Rx per day
• Work Setting: Community pharmacies within food and pharmacy retail locations, some with strong technician support and others as pharmacist-only sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care and consult patients on medications
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain efficient operations
• Participate in training sessions to adapt to specific site needs and systems (QS1)
• Be prepared to cover call-outs, vacations, or volume spikes as necessary

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with 1-2+ years of experience in retail pharmacy
• Immunization privileges and current BLS certification required
• Familiarity with QS1 pharmacy system is preferred but not mandatory
